Cloud provider is giving many new features to customer. Now AWS is also offering Scaling features similar to Oracle. AWS has introduced Auto Scaling features and now available in AWS GovCloud (US) Regions. The customer who is using AWS GovCloud (US)can able to use Auto Scaling to manage dynamic scaling configuration for multiple resources. Ex:- Amazon EC2 instances, Amazon ECS tasks, Amazon DynamoDB tables and indexes, and Amazon Aurora read replicas with a single scaling plan.
Scaling features help customer to automate how groups of different resources respond to changes depend on load. Customer is able to optimize availability, costs, or a balance of both. Auto Scaling automatically creates all of the scaling policies and sets targets for you based on your preference. AWS Auto Scaling monitors your application and automatically adds or removes capacity from your resource groups in real-time as per the demands

Auto Scaling can be accessed using the AWS Auto Scaling console and API via SDK/CLI.
